Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 HYPEReSHOP.COM complies with following act and directives:
• Data Protection Act 1998
• Distance Selling Act 2000
• Ecommerce Directive 2002


2. Payment & Sale Contract

2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. You will receive an e-mail from Google Checkout to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us and order will be processed. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.

2.2 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

2.3 All prices include VAT. A VAT invoice is available upon request.

2.4 Your debit/credit card is charged in the name of GOOGLE * HYPEReSHOP

2.5 We accept all major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, and Solo) through Google check out.

2.6 Hypereshop.com provides a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details.


3. Delivery

3.1 The delivery cost is on per weight basis, you will be informed of the cost of shipping in the check out.

3.2 Delivery to offshore and remote UK destinations incurs extra delivery charges and customer should choose the right zone on shopping cart before checkout. The definition of UK remote destinations differs for various delivery services. For information about delivery cost for these destinations or international shipping, please contact us by E-mail: sales@hypereshop.com.

3.3 Most of the orders are aimed to be dispatched within three working days of the order. If the dispatch time for an item was longer, the customer would be informed before processing the order.

3.4 Smaller orders are usually shipped by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For. Heavier items are shipped by City Link or Parcel Force 24. If an item is not with you within one week of the placing the order, please contact our sales team by E-mail (sales@hypereshop.com).

3.5 All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to us within 3 days of the delivery date.

3.6 We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during check out process.

3.7 All Packages returned to us unclaimed will be subject to reshipping charges of the original shipping value.

3.8 We can not guarantee delivery of goods in a specific day or time of day, as delivery delays are not in our control. Delivery for specific day can be arranged according to target delivery of the delivery services. Please contact our sales team by E-mail (sales@hypereshop.com).

4. Fault/Damage Policy

4.1 If you experienced fault in good(s) within 28 days of delivery or if good(s) was damaged during the delivery, you can then either return the faulty item directly yourself or we will organise a collection from your home. Upon receipt of the good(s) and confirmation of the fault by our technical engineers, the replacement will be dispatched.

4.2 If the fault/damage confirmed by us and in the case you paid for returning faulty/damaged item, the cost of delivery will be refunded to your card.

4.3 If replacement was not in stock, the payment will be fully refunded.

4.4 Any damage/fault on arrival, either on delivery or original manufacturer fault, should be reported to us up to three working days after delivery.

4.5 The faulty/damaged good(s) is only replaced with likewise good(s).

5. Return Policy

5.1 All items come with a seven days satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within seven working days of receiving the item and we will refund your money (P&P costs are non refundable).

5.2 The return conditions are as follows: 1) Items MUST BE unused 2) Items must be in their original condition & packaging 3) Items must be shipped to our warehouse within seven days of receiving.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice.

6.1 Material on this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way.



Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
